This 15-day self-driving trip along the 317 National Road of the Yunnan-Xizang Line was unforgettable. During the journey, we witnessed magnificent snow-capped mountain peaks, experienced the awe-inspiring wonders of snow-capped mountains and glaciers up close, paid homage to the sacred thousand-year-old temples, saw golden rape flowers blooming everywhere along the way, roamed on the vast meadows and beautiful lakes, and explored the starry sky and Milky Way on the plateau at night.
