该片以留守儿童小满的视角出发，讲述了中方驻村扶贫干部在葡萄沟帮扶本地村民，利用直播带货打开葡萄销路的故事。扶贫干部以个人奋斗之“小满”，成全农村小家之“圆满”，成就乡村振兴伟大事业之“美满”。
Based on the perspective of Xiaoman, a left-behind child, the film tells the story of the Chinese tax bureau's poverty alleviation cadres stationed in Grape Valley village helping local people , using live streaming to open up the market for grapes. Tax cadres strive to achieve the "reunion”of rural households and the "perfection" of the great cause of rural revitalization through personal efforts.
