The Astronomical, Astrological and Mythological
The main characters in the three scenes of "Astronomical, Astrological and Mythological" simply react, each in an individual way, to the dreamlike situations that they experience both in their waking life and in their actual dreams. For Michel, there is a feeling of immanence, that something is going to happen. He is haunted by a girl who, in his dreams, literally turns him upside down. Jan ponders the importance of a small, apparently insignificant moment in which she helps another woman. Steve's star-mapping activity and his real life have a feeling that dreams sometimes have. For him the two worlds have merged. He views a film and visits a museum in the company of the same woman who appears in Michel's dreams.
